Privacy

Career Cloud collects only the information needed to connect job seekers with employers. We never ask for your date of birth, Social Insurance Number or full home address.

Candidate visibility

Your profile is hidden from recruiters by default. You decide separately whether your profile is searchable, whether your contact details are shared, and whether approved recruiters can access your resume. You can change these choices at any time.

Resumes

Resumes are stored privately and are only available through short-lived, permission-checked links.
